I have a great story about a West Ham legend who ‘took’ Stansted Airport dressed as a bumblebee.
When I say ‘took’ I mean wandered around aimlessly in search of his imaginary online date.

Men in their 60's, talking about fights they had 40 years ago is just what this site needs.

Goose - I remember the Stansted story but didn't remember anything about a bumblebee? Do you mean literally dressed as a bumblebee like fancy dress?

Fifth, weren't it just a striped jumper rather than a full on fancy dress bumblebee costume.
Has anyone got a link to the historic thread, that would be well worth a read for a laugh or has it been archived never to be seen again.

You can spot the part timers a mile off

Tell us a tale of what you actually did, not what everyone has heard a million times before for the last 30 years.
It will keep us all enthralled in this amazing thread.

What if it was a time when a part timer had decided they wouldn't be there at that particular time, what with them being part timers?
You wouldn't be able to spot them a mile off then would you?

A part timer is a part timer. You don't have to be serious about everthing.
